KOR Engineering Inc. is in the process of reorganizing for growth. As part of this transition, the company will now operate as two distinct entities under the same ownership:

KOR Machinery Inc. and KOR Components Inc.

Together, these businesses form the KOR Group of Companies. Effective January 12, 2026, the name KOR Engineering Inc. will be phased out and replaced by KOR Components Inc.
